Solution Price

This solution includes a number of hours of parameterisation for defining the specific features of the marketing processes, as well as for data loading.

These hours are determined for each business segment as follows:

  • Segment I (10-less than 50 employees): 70 hours of parameterisatio.
  • Segment II (3-less than 10 employees): 40 hours of parameterisatio.
  • Segment III (0-less than 3 employees): 30 hours of parameterisatio.

Depending on the type of report, the price can range from 500€ to 3,000€.

Maximum amount of aid

The company may receive a maximum grant of €4,000 depending on the number of employees and users.

  • Companies with 0 to 2 employees: 1,500€ (until 1 user)
  • Companies with 3 to 9 employees: 2,000€ (until 1 user)
  • Companies with 10 to 49 employees: 4,000€ (until 3 user)

Functionalities and Services

This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and deployment of the digitisation solution, which will provide, at a minimum, the following functionalities and services:

  • Data integration with other databases: the solution will enable access to other databases and comparisons with the data displayed.
  • Data storage: the solution must provide a minimum storage capacity of 1 GB per user.
  • Creation of structured and visual data dashboards: the solution will enable the creation of customised dashboards with relevant data and different display formats.
  • Data export: the solution will enable data to be exported to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibility with various programmes commonly used by users.
