At Artisca, we offer process management solutions for SMEs included in the Digital Kit programme. With these tools, you can automate tasks, reduce errors, and increase the efficiency of your business.

Solution Price

Different tools will be implemented depending on the process to be automated or digitised. This will require a preliminary diagnostic study of the current situation and an analysis of the desired solution.

The solution includes a number of hours of parameterisation for defining the specific features of the marketing processes, as well as for data loading.

These hours are determined for each business segment as follows:

  • Segment I (10-less than 50 employees): 60 hours of parameterisation.
  • Segment II (3-less than 10 employees): 45 hours of parameterisation.
  • Segment III (0-less than 3 employees): 45 hours of parameterisation.

Maximum amount of aid

The company may receive a maximum grant of €6,000 depending on the number of employees and users.

  • Companies with 0 to 2 employees: 500€ (up to 1 user)
  • Companies with 3 to 9 employees: 2,000€ (up to 3 users)
  • Companies with 10 to 49 employees: 6,000€ (up to 10 users)
