Different tools will be implemented depending on the process to be automated or digitised. This will require a preliminary diagnostic study of the current situation and an analysis of the desired solution.
The solution includes a number of hours of parameterisation for defining the specific features of the marketing processes, as well as for data loading.
These hours are determined for each business segment as follows:
- Segment I (10-less than 50 employees): 60 hours of parameterisation.
- Segment II (3-less than 10 employees): 45 hours of parameterisation.
- Segment III (0-less than 3 employees): 45 hours of parameterisation.
Maximum amount of aid
The company may receive a maximum grant of €6,000 depending on the number of employees and users.
- Companies with 0 to 2 employees: 500€ (up to 1 user)
- Companies with 3 to 9 employees: 2,000€ (up to 3 users)
- Companies with 10 to 49 employees: 6,000€ (up to 10 users)
