Artisca is currently collaborating with Standard CableTeam on projects using Office365 tools such as Sharepoint and PowerApps to optimise and automate certain procedures. In this case, the aim is to develop a solution for managing sales representatives’ offers to customers.
The documentation, actions and communications agenda of this commercial department are recorded along with those of other departments, such as engineering, processes, purchasing, etc., in order to have up-to-date information on costs and delivery times and respond to customers as accurately as possible.
